Collection Terms

Buying online and choosing the “collection in the shop” option, the items can be picked up 48 hours after the order is placed, at Little Argentina Restaurant (210, Tower Road, Sliema) during the restaurant’s working times. After business 3 days from the order purchase, we cannot guarantee we will still have stock of the chosen items. No refunds will be made in the case of not collection at the restaurant in the following 3 days but you would be able to use the amount in any other item currently in stock at the current prices in the restaurant.

Delivery Terms

Delivery we do due 72 hours (3 working days) from the purchase confirmation, on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays between 10am and 3pm. Public and National holidays we do not deliver.

If we are unable to deliver the order to you within 3 working days beginning with the day after the day of the order placement, we shall inform you by e-mail, call or text message.

Deliveries

Very important that you leave full address information and the google location link, so it is easier to find your place.

Free Delivery Rules

To receive a Free Delivery the minimum amount to spend is €50

If you spend less than the minimum amount and wish to receive the delivery to your place, a fixed delivery fee of €5 applies (only in the aforementioned areas, where home delivery is available)

Absence during the delivery date & time

If you are not at the address provided during the date and the frame time defined, to receive your delivery, the order will return to us, and we won´t intend to deliver it again.

You will have to pick it up from Little Argentina Restaurant (210, Tower Road, Sliema) within 3 consecutive days of the day of shipment, during the restaurant opening hours. After those 3 days in the restaurant, we cannot guarantee we will still have stock of the chosen items. No refunds will be made in the case of no reception of the items for absence at the delivery time, or not collection at the restaurant in the following 3 days, but you can use the amount in any other item that is in stock with the current prices in the restaurant at that time (except the total amount available, the cost of the shipment that will be considered consummated)

Términos de la recolección por tienda

Comprando online y eligiendo la opción de “recolección en la tienda”, los artículos se pueden recoger 48 horas después de realizar el pedido, en Little Argentina Restaurant (210, Tower Road, Sliema) durante el horario de trabajo del restaurante. Después de 3 días hábiles desde la compra del pedido, no podemos garantizar que todavía tengamos stock de los artículos elegidos. No se realizarán devoluciones de dinero en el caso de no recogida en el restaurante en los 3 días siguientes, pero sí podrá utilizar el importe en cualquier otro artículo que se encuentre en stock, a los precios vigentes en el restaurante en ese momento.

Términos de las entregas a domicilio

Entregas a domicilio

Es muy importante que deje la información completa de la dirección y el enlace de ubicación de Google, así es más fácil encontrar tu ubicación sin error.

Las entregas a domicilio se realizan dentro de las 72 horas (3 días hábiles) desde la confirmación de la compra, los días lunes, miércoles y viernes de 10 am a 3pm. Los días festivos públicos y feriados nacionales, no realizamos entregas.

Las entregas a domicilio están disponibles sólo en las siguientes zonas:

Msida, Pieta, San Giljan, Pembroke, Swieqi. San Gwann, Santa Venera, Sliema, Ta’Xbiex, La Valeta, Ta’Paris, Swatar, Birkirkara, Floriana, Gzira y Hamrun.

Entrega a domicilio gratuita

Para recibir un Envío Gratuito el importe mínimo de compra es de 50€

Si la compra es menor al importe mínimo y desea recibir el envío en su domicilio, se aplica una tarifa de envío fija de 5 € (sólo en las zonas antes mencionadas, donde el envío a domicilio está disponible)

Si por cualquier motivo no podemos entregar el pedido dentro de los 3 días hábiles a partir del día siguiente a la fecha que se realizó el pedido, se lo informaremos por correo electrónico, llamada o mensaje de texto para resolverlo.

Ausencia en la dirección en la fecha y hora de entrega

 Si usted no se encuentra para recibir el pedido en la dirección ingresada para el envío, durante la fecha y la franja horaria definida para la entrega, el pedido nos será devuelto y no se volverá  a hacer un nuevo intento de entrega a domicilio; usted deberá recogerlo con su número de orden por Little Argentina Restaurant (210, Tower Road, Sliema) dentro de los 3 días hábiles siguientes a la entrega fallid; durante el horario de atención al público del restaurante. Pasados esos 3 días hábiles de la entrega a domicilio fallida, no podemos garantizar el stock de los artículos elegidos y no se realizarán devoluciones de dinero en tal caso, pero sí podrá utilizar el importe en cualquier otro artículo de Sabor Latino Malta que se encuentre en stock y con los precios vigentes en el restaurante en ese momento (exceptuando del monto total disponible, el coste del envío que se dará por consumado)
